Name: TL494 PWM modulation pulse output driver board.

Output frequency: 31.5KHz (default delivery frequency). This module is designed as a double-ended push-pull output. The PWM output frequency is divided by 2 of the 5-pin independent sawtooth oscillation frequency, which should be fo'(kHz)=1.1/R(kΩ)·C(μF)/2. Changing the parameters of the timing components Ct, Rt can easily change the PWM output frequency. R(t) ranges from 1.8 to 500kΩ, C(t) ranges from 4700pF to 10μF, and the highest oscillation frequency (fOSC) ≤300KHz.
Working status: With power indicator (blue), protection indicator (red).
Applications: Switching power supplies, DC/DC converters, inverters, electric fish engines, etc.
 
Detailed description of the module interface:
1. PWM2: The module modulates the pulse output. The modulation pulse (frequency 31.5KHz) directly output by TL494 is amplified and output by the paired triode complementary push-pull amplifier. The output current is large and the driving ability is strong, which can drive several kilowatts of power supply system.
2. PWM1: The module modulates the pulse output end, which is the same as the PWM2 frequency (31.5KHz), and the phase difference is 180 degrees.
3. GND: External power ground.
4.+VCC: External power supply positive voltage input terminal, working voltage width: (DC/9-24V). There is a special anti-reverse connection start circuit inside the power supply end. As long as the power supply voltage is reversed, the module will not start to prevent the module driver IC from being burned out.
5. IN1-: On-chip error amplifier 1 inverting input. This input is designed as a temperature protection application function. It can be connected to a negative temperature coefficient thermistor or temperature control switch, and locked with the power tube on the heat sink. When the entire power system reaches the design temperature, it starts protection and protects the whole. The system burns out the power tube because the temperature is too high. (Connected to 100K thermistor, the default design is 75 degrees Celsius protection).
6.PRO: Module protection signal trigger terminal, low level trigger protection, and light protection indicator. (The module detects the external system short-circuit, over-current, over-voltage signal, and immediately activates the protection to protect the entire power system. The specific circuit can be designed freely by the designer!)
