4. PN532 is actually a library of 4: PN532, PN532_HSU, PN532_I2C and PN532_SPI. You only need 2, the main PN532.h and I2C or SPI, depending on how you connect it. HSU for high speed communications, you probably will not need it. The NDEF library comes with a couple of great example sketches that will get you started right away.
