How to identify the common port of a 4-wire motor: Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of each of these four terminals in 1 gear. If the resistance of one terminal is the smallest and equal to the resistance of the other three terminals, then that terminal is the COM terminal, which is the common terminal. The drive board automatically recognizes 3-wire or 4-wire brushless motors, and 4-wire brushless motors can also be disconnected from the COM line.
