DC motor speed controller

???????The governor can control the rotation speed of the motor from 10%-100% without change, advanced technology, high efficiency, large torque, small heat, has been revised many times, has been widely used in industrial production.

1) Working voltage: wide range of DC12V-DC36V, up to 40VDC
2) Maximum instantaneous output current: 10A
3) Output power: voltage * current = power
????(The maximum output power is 120 watts at 12V)

Do not overload the load current for more than 5A for a long time.
Short-term operation can be used to 10A peak current
Control power: voltage * current = power (power at 12V is 12 * 10 = 120W .... ... maximum power 200W at 36V) (customers recommend leaving enough time when selecting the governor Quantity, for example, the motor is 100W recommended to choose 200W governor.)

6) POWER+ is connected to the input power supply, POWER- is connected to the input power supply negative; MOTOR+ is connected to the positive motor, MOTOR- is connected to the negative motor.

The board uses KB military grade plates!

The chips are all imported, not domestically produced, disassembled, and refurbished.

Import 50V1000uF large capacitor. Compared with other types of governor 100-220uF, the capacitance value is obvious. On-board 10A fuse, the fuse is 5*20mm standard size, this fuse is easy to buy, easy to replace, in case of burnout, no need to smash, hand to pick up!

The power tube uses the IRF2807 big cow. (Parameter drain current Id maximum: 82A; voltage Vds max: 75V; on-state resistance, Rds(on): 0.013 ohm).

The terminal uses 8500 high current terminal, label 300V20A!


The potentiometer can be removed and replaced with an external connection type. The interface is ready, no need to stick to the board position.

Note that the motor must be connected to speed regulation. This is not a power conversion module. It is not a voltage input. It can directly use a multimeter to change the output to voltage.
