1. The difference between the split port and the same port: the split port means that the positive and negative electrodes of charging and discharging should be separated; The charging current of the same port is as large as the discharging current, and the charging and discharging are in the same place.
 
2. Without equalizing and with equalizing: equalizing is to discharge the high-voltage cell with resistance during charging, and wait for the low-voltage cell to charge the voltage high, so as to achieve the consistency of various voltages and improve the performance of the whole battery.
 
3. Before installing the protection board, the batteries must be well matched (the voltage difference of each battery is not more than 0.05v, the internal resistance difference is not more than 5m Ω, and the capacity difference is less than 30mah). The better the battery consistency, the longer the distance, and the best working performance of the protection board.
 
4. The batteries shall be connected in parallel and then in series, and the correct welding shall be ensured (18650 batteries shall be spot welded with nickel sheet, and other batteries shall be welded with solder). Do not use screws to easily burn the IC of the protection plate.
 
5. Confirm that the battery model is lithium battery? Or the protection plate parameters of the iron lithium battery are different. Lithium battery includes: (ternary lithium, lithium cobaltate and lithium manganate) their reference voltage is 3.7V, which is collectively referred to as lithium battery. Therefore, when selecting the protection plate, the protection plate of lithium battery must be selected. The reference voltage of lithium iron phosphate battery is 3.2V, and the lithium iron phosphate protection plate must be used when selecting the protection plate.
 
 
 
This protection plate can be used as a protection plate for 3 strings of 12V lithium batteries, and can be used for 3 strings of lithium batteries (ternary lithium, lithium hydroxide, lithium cobaltate, polymer lithium batteries) and 4 strings of lithium iron phosphate batteries with continuous discharge of 60A.
 
The board has short-circuit protection function, overcharge protection function and over discharge protection function.
 
Low on internal resistance, high current and high voltage discharge moss is adopted, and the internal components are brushed with three anti glue (anti moisture, anti-static and anti-interference), with stable quality and reliable quality.
